i just caught up as well - a little late, sorry. i feel the same way about asking for help, especially when i'm sick. i like to be able to take care of myself, so when i'm deathly ill it's absolutely painful for me to actually ask people for help. i wish i could do more for you from all the way down here. i'll be sending happy wellness vibes your way.
