what in the world has made you interested in cooking with tofu? That will all change in July, there will be NO tofu on any menu we are looking at. Hear me now...NO Tofu...don't try slipping that in some other recipe either. NO TOFU, bad Tofu, bad, bad kitten bad tofu!
