Don't blame the people who voted for the county tax, it's not their fault our federal goverment won't pay for the educational testing etc. that they mandate... (remember, I'm changing careers to become an educator, and am married to a teacher, too) Keep in mind who will be running things when we are retired, old, sick, etc. I want them to be smater (or more importantly, WISER) than the folks running things now.
