Aw, sorry you're stuck at home and bored. I'm stuck, too, but don't get to have any fun because I still have power and still have to work. Wah. My husband's work closed yesterday and today, too...and THEY never close for anything, either, even holidays!

Hey, I miss you! I didn't go to work yesterday either. I woulda had to walk a mile in 60mph winds to the bus, which might or might not have come. Screw it. Stevie is outside trying to de-ice the van and shovel out. We got drifted in and then iced over. Glad you had a nice time off. It feels good to regenerate. I'm looking forward to yoga...I really want to dedicate myself to that this year. :) Sorry we didn't connect on New Years...we just stayed home...had some beers and pizza. :) Hope you all stay warm...my animules send their love your way. Special kisses to Trinity. Perhaps I'll see ya tomorrow. Love, L

Ah yes, we sort of lucked out with the neighbors getting a hot tub two days before the big storm. I think they only invited us over to use it b/c I've been asking them every day for the last month "So uh when you getting that hot tub?" Anyway, it's gross here today and work is making me pay for my leisurely ways by filling up my inbox with crap. So much for snow days.

The warm front has made it here...to Texas. It got down to the freezing point a few times the last few nights and one of the days, but before that we were in t-shirts and shorts, because it was in the mid-70's. Now, it's just a bit cool out. Wait - I don't think this is helping. As a consolation, in the summer it gets up in the 100's, does that help? -B

I'm very jealous of your snow/ice storm. Nothing like that ever happens here in SoCal. However I'm also glad to have gone from below freezing temperatures in Italy to upper 60's where I don't have to wear a jacket. And no hat hair - yay! Being stuck at home wouldn't be so bad though either - does anything need reorganizing?
