Two paws up and scratch in Z formation

I can't even begin to explain how tired I am this morning and how hard it was to drag myself out of bed this morning. *yawn* Went to qigong last night and we got to do more of the form and a little less lecture and wow--I was generating some serious heat. In fact, the back of my neck was radiating tons of heat for a few hours after the class. If anyone is hip on qigong or traditional Chinese medicine please let me know if this is normal or what it means. I slept very soundly and had vivid dreams. But woke up exhausted! I was hoping for lots of energy--tons of chi.

We rented Tokyo Raiders this weekend. It's an action adventure kung fu flick that takes place in Hong Kong and Tokyo. The story line was a little complex as two of the characters are not what they seem. Lots of secrets and hidden agendas. Simon and I both had a hard time following the story line until about half way through when we had it all figured out. The fight scenes were excellent, cool editing reminiscent of Matrix's "bullet time" with driving techno music in the background. I give the movie two paws up and a scratch in z formation. We also rented Knight's Tale but haven't watched it yet, that will be tonight's treat. I don't think Simon is excited about seeing it but I love all things medieval and enjoy watching men riding around on horses trying to hit each other with sticks.

We had too many social engagements this weekend. Lunch dates, dinner dates, errands to run. I hate being that busy. I'd rather have my weekends be spontaneous. And sleeping in wouldn't hurt either.
