Am I hot or not?

Aren't I pretty? Webchick has made me beautiful. ~hugs Webchick~ I know you guys are all disappointed that you won't be able to stare at my lovely face anymore but I'll work on making a pictures link in case you forget what I look like.

I'm already getting advanced orders for my kung fu dot com store. The big sellers seem to be the Tiny Gi(tm) and Ex Punching bag(tm). Thank you for shopping at KittenCo.(tm)

It's only 9 in the morning and I'm already eyeing my lunch and thinking about snacking on my tortilla chips. I really should go get something healthy for breakfast, like yogurt, but it doesn't sound very good. I don't wake up in the morning and say to myself "You know what sounds good, yogurt! Yum yum." No, I wake up in the morning thinking "You know what sounds good, home fried potatoes, toasted bagel with cream cheese and some scrambled eggs with pastrami & havarti cheese. Yum diggity yum." No wonder I need to lose 10 pounds.

Back to the school tonight for some sweaty kung fu action. I can't wait to get my check list of things I need to learn to progress to my next sash level. I'm very goal oriented and like having something to measure my progression. Plus I like reading the tech letters, they make me feel very Zen and knowledgeable.

I spoke to my friend J about the qigong class, her hubby, who just had knee surgery said he kept getting heat sensations in his knee while doing qigong. I wonder if the heat in my neck was related to the car accident I had a few years ago when I got some hefty whiplash. My neck really hurt and being in the disability insurance industry I got a chance to be a claimant. When I went to the hospital the next day (stiffened up overnight, ouch!) and had x-rays done I was eager to see them. The doctor showed them to me and I started playing orthopedist:

"Wow look at that! No disc space narrowing or herniations. That looks really good!"

He nodded his head, tolerating me and said: "Yes, but the normal neck has a curve to it. Yours is completely rigid."

What do I know. I'm not a doctor.

I got referred to a chiropractor and that was strange. I liked the massaging part but when she tried to pull my head off and made it crackling noises it really freaked me out. I always left feeling better but the noises just seemed unnatural. The human body should not sound like wood splintering.

But what do I know. I'm not a doctor.
