Say it, don't spray it:

I'm really sorry to hear about the headaches. I hope they fade. I too suffer from migraines...cluster headaches. I'm not sure what kind of migraines you get, but I'll throw your way what works for me. It took years to get a doctor to listen to me...I mean really listen. Anyway, I was put on Propranolol 10mg twice a day, which is the smallest dose. And it stopped my migraines. It's a preventative...an Inderal derivative...a beta-blocker...good for the heart. Got to love muddled sentences and fragments. On a side note, Inderal (Propranolol) has been used by actors and improv comedians for years...a nerve calmer as they say. It sort of masques the sympathetic nervous system that makes one blush, get nervous, etc. That's why performers and such use it. If you've ever seen the movie Duets, it's the "beanies" that they talk about...although it has no real drugging type effect--you feel nothing other than no headaches. This stuff takes a few weeks (like 3-4 weeks) to stop the headaches. Take it like clockwork and hopefully you'll have no more headaches. It is supposed to work for many forms of migraines. You should not have to live in pain; this stuff has changed my life. Clusterheadaches.org is a good site to research if that's your particular affliction. Finding a good doctor that will listen and understand is paramount. This may all not apply to you, but I thought I would post it. Who knows? Well, I hope things clear up and get groovy again. I hope this helps...later.
