Say it, don't spray it:

you can't clown the poor kid by telling him. look at it this way: if he gets the job, either the committee didn't notice or they thought it was funny and didn't hold it against him. if he doesn't get the job, there was probably more to it than the fact that his schlong was quasi-exposed. but if you tell him, he'll beat himself up for days worrying about it and he'll feel even worse if he doesn't get the job. also, guys are sensitive little babies and he might start crying in the elevator, which would be weird for you.

My husband says that you don't come out and say it, but rather let them know with a look. Me, I would probably tell him and if he can't handle a little zipper issue he probably can't handle the job, either.

Hi kitten I am 45 years old, and I'm responding to your question of zipper etiquette. This has happened to me a few times in my life. Only one time did a woman tell me that my zipper was open but she did it at a wedding in front of two other women which only made it more embarassing for me. To answer your question I have no problem with a woman telling me that my fly is open, along as it is done discreetly, i would'nt even mind if some humor was added because in a situation like that you have to laugh at yourself a little. thanks for reading my response, Kevin.
