Happy Valentine's Day! (or Black Thursday as some of you are calling it)
No card or flowers for Kung Fu Kitten. Simon did go to the store for some cold medicine for me last night and bought me a box of chocolates that was on sale and then smacked himself in the head when he came home and remembered that I'm on a strict diet. Oh well. It's the thought that counts, right? Right? You're right, I want roses and a big platinum ring with a two carat diamond set in the middle that will blind people when I'm walking around in sunlight. If I'm lucky I'll get taken out to dinner on Friday night (there goes the diet but it will be after the weekly weigh in, heh heh.) I got Simon a very cool black short sleeved Perry Ellis silk/cotton shirt. I think he looks very handsome in it and I know he'll wear it because it's black. We're like the monochromatic couple. Today I am dressed in a black and white sheer polka dot skirt, tight white t-shirt and black cardigan. I think I do own a few things with some color in them.
I made this all by myself.
My stomach has been touchy all week so I haven't made it to kung fu yet but I'll go tonight and tomorrow morning. Tomorrow morning you ask? Yep, I took Friday off! Yea! Four day weekend! Lots of kung fu and lots of sleeping. Those are my goals. I tried to do knuckle push ups last night and was able to do five and they weren't even really good push ups. Crap, I have to practice that because upper belts are expected to be able to do push ups on their knuckles. Have you tried these before? They're hard. Any pointers would be appreciated.
