Crazy for one month.

I'm digging Diaryland's new look, which you probably haven't noticed unless you a dland member, but take my word for it, Andrew's doing some mighty cool things around here and has promised every cooler things to come. All hail Andrew! As I only have 299mb available on my hard drive, even after a mighty purge, I'm hoping to make my laptop last a bit longer with an external drive. I'm still deeply in love with my MacBook an am not ready to buy anything new right now.

So I'm officially disabled this month. I had a long talk on the phone with bossman and he's being super duper supportive, which makes me feel very relieved and happy knowing that he understands what I'm going through.

I went and saw miss Josie yesterday and she was very nice. She didn't hold my hand but we did do some breathing exercises together and told me to read Full Catastrophe Living: Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain, and Illness. She was worried about recommending a Buddhist writer to me which made me giggle. I'm a Buddhist wannabe. She was freaked out by my sleep/no sleep/anxiety freak out schedule and sent word over to my doctor. I don't know if she's going to prescribe me something new or keep boosting the Nortriptyline. I don't care. I'll do whatever they tell me to. If they told me to read the The Necronomicon and shove green tea up my ass I would do it just to be compliant. (I'm really glad they aren't).

I'm trying to think of something positive and life affirming to do while I'm home. I think writing and blogging will be good and I'm going to force myself to go to open improv once a week to connect with real live people and laugh. I haven't been laughing lately, I cry every day, but don't laugh. I need to balance that out. Plus, I need to get out of the house or I'll turn into a crazy shut in. I've done it before.

This site is still under construction. As soon as I get more hard drive space I'll be able to open up PhotoShop and make a pretty header. So stay tuned peeps.
