Financial panther

A rather quiet weekend.
Saturday Simon and I ran errands, buying him some new clothes and office supplies for his new job. We were making jokes about him being a financial panther.
Saturday night we went to watch the Golden Gloves championship. There were three matches of women boxers which was fun to watch. There were some good boxers, some crappy boxers but at least they seemed well matched. I paid $3 for some raffle tickets and won a $15 gift certificate to an obscure sports bar. Whoo-hoo! I was just excited to win something-anything. They could have given me a bag of chips and I would have been ecstatic.
The knee is still bothering me. I'm debating whether I should go to the ER or just wait until my annual doctor's appointment on March 22.
Sunday was beautiful outside. It was even warm if you were in the sun. The cats had a blast rolling on the patio and climbing the pear tree while I did some yard work. When I went to qigong we decided to hike across the street and do our form in the park on the hill. It was lovely but I felt like my energy was all over the place, I like having a ceiling over me so I know where I start and where I end. Outside I felt too open and scattered. Qigong is suppose to be done in the great outdoors so I guess I'll get used to it.
I should know by the end of the week if I get this new job. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
